Intellectual Disability - Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing and residential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in a community living arrangement. This position is responsible for ensuring all medical needs are met and creating a healthy, engaging, typical home for each individual. In this position, you will provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and advocate for the health and wellness of the people supported.
