Key Human Services a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Associate Clinical Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Associate Clinical Director provides advanced clinical services including the oversight of comprehensive assessments of individuals supported. Responsibilities include providing development, implementation, and monitoring of treatment, crisis management support to individuals served and teams; clinical consultation, and training in the use of psychosocial evidenced-based intervention strategies. Benefits/Position Details: Full Time, exempt position $70,000 per year Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more Generous paid time off program Extensive training and learning opportunities Career development and advancement Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology Board certification as a Behavior Analyst or licensure as a Psychologist shall serve as evidence of meeting the requirements for the master’s degree Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the human services field, including 3 years of clinical supervision Previous supervisory experience Able to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
