Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms or common areas as needed
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to ensure compliance with health standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Adhere to all safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests or residents
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts during weekends
