Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient's health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Medication Reminding
- Light house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
- Provide companionship
Qualification:
- Experience in home health, hospice or facilities.
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- CHHA license
