We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients in their home.
There are cases in the Metuchen/Edison/Woodbridge areas
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Medication Reminding
- Light House cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
- Provide companionship
- Be the eyes for the family that can't be there to help
- Use your experience to make suggestions to help make a senior's life easier
Qualifications:
- Experience in home health, facilities and hospice
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- CHHA License
