Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director located in Los Angeles, CA. The Clinical Director will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations and program development. Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, overseeing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordinating clinical trials. The Clinical Program Director will also provide direct clinical care and support to patients, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Clinical Operations and Program Development
- Strong background in Adolescent Mental Health in an IOP and RTC setting
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work)
- Licensed clinical professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, MD) with the ability to supervise associate therapists
