3 months training on 1st Shift.
Compensation
$19.75 plus a $1.50 shift premium on 2nd Shift.
- What's The Job?****
- Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products
- Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance
- Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work
- Load and unload product in the process using a forklift
- Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions
- Start machine, observes operation, inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure part conforms to specifications
- Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.
