Coatings Supervisor – Spray Applications | Missouri
Our client is a well-established precision manufacturer looking for an experienced spray applicator who is ready to step into a leadership role. If you've built your career in a spray booth — whether that's automotive finishing, heavy equipment, aerospace components, industrial parts, or anywhere else precision spray application is the craft — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll oversee the daily operations of a coatings facility, managing workflow, quality, scheduling, and safety while working alongside R&D and technical teams on process improvements and new initiatives. Just as importantly, you'll be the person who develops the next generation of applicators — mentoring and training people who take the same pride in their work that you do.
The Background We're Looking For
Seven or more years of hands-on spray application experience is the core requirement. The industry is less important than the craft — if you've lived in a spray booth, understand how coatings behave, and know how to get consistent results under real production conditions, your background is relevant here. Leadership doesn't have to mean a formal title, but you should be the person others turn to when something needs to be figured out.
