Industrial Sales Representative - Consumer Markets (Multi-State Territory)

We are currently searching for a high-energy Industrial Sales Representative to support our Industrial client. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building new business from the ground up for a well established and highly successful company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-state (10 states) sales territory targeting Industrial Manufacturers
  • Generate new business through proactive cold calling and lead development
  • Collaborate closely with distributor partners, including national and regional accounts
  • Travel approximately 50-60% of the time, both driving and flying as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributor contacts
  • Help secure end-user meetings and identify growth opportunities within target markets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior industrial or B2B sales experience preferred—especially within a metric-driven organization
  • Demonstrated ability to travel extensively and manage a large territory independently. Need to be based near a major airport
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven "hunter" mentality and a passion for sales
  • Experience working with or selling through distributors is a plus
