Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-state (10 states) sales territory targeting Industrial Manufacturers
- Generate new business through proactive cold calling and lead development
- Collaborate closely with distributor partners, including national and regional accounts
- Travel approximately 50-60% of the time, both driving and flying as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributor contacts
- Help secure end-user meetings and identify growth opportunities within target markets
- Prior industrial or B2B sales experience preferred—especially within a metric-driven organization
- Demonstrated ability to travel extensively and manage a large territory independently. Need to be based near a major airport
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proven "hunter" mentality and a passion for sales
- Experience working with or selling through distributors is a plus
