Key Community Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The Commercial Lender will be responsible for developing and managing a high-quality portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships, including business development, credit structuring, underwriting support, and ongoing portfolio management in alignment with our community bank culture and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively develop new commercial and commercial real estate relationships within our market
through calling efforts, networking, centers of influence, and community involvement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, real estate investors, and
professional firms, serving as a trusted advisor on financing and banking needs.
Interview prospective borrowers, gather financial information, and evaluate credit requests for
working capital, equipment, owner-occupied and investor real estate, and other commercial
purposes.
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and cash-flow projections; recommend
appropriate loan structures, terms, and covenants consistent with bank policy and risk appetite.
Prepare and present clear, well-supported credit recommendations in accordance with bank
policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with credit administration and loan operations to ensure accurate documentation,
timely closing, and proper booking of new and renewed loans.
Monitor an assigned loan portfolio for credit quality, covenant compliance, maturities, renewals, and
past due relationships; take proactive steps to address emerging credit issues.
Cross-sell deposit, treasury/cash management, and other bank products to deepen relationships
and improve profitability.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable banking regulations, loan policy, underwriting standards,
and documentation requirements.
Actively represent Key Community Bank in community, civic, and professional organizations within
the Inver Grove Heights and greater south-metro Twin Cities market.
