What You’ll Do
- Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and staging.
- Mix and apply paint using manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Deliver high-quality, consistent finishes across a variety of makes and models.
- Perform color matching and blending with precision.
- Inspect completed work to ensure OEM and quality expectations are met.
- Collaborate with body technicians and leadership to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint booth and work area.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a professional collision painter.
- Strong knowledge of paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working in a production-focused collision environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
- I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus.
