As a Client Engagement Associate, you’ll guide our customers through everything AT&T Fiber has to offer, from understanding their monthly statement to upgrading to a speed tier that handles their busy household. The Client Engagement Associate will then meet our customers where they are, making sure no one feels left in the dark about their internet
