Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Greet every customer promptly and professionally, setting the tone for a premium service experience
- Perform detailed walkarounds of vehicles with clients, documenting concerns and identifying additional service opportunities
- Write accurate repair orders, including clear descriptions of customer concerns and technician notes
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle condition, and customer driving habits
- Communicate estimates, timelines, and service recommendations in a transparent and consultative manner
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians—translating technical information into easy-to-understand language
- Monitor workflow in the service drive and shop to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
- Provide proactive status updates via phone, text, or email throughout the service process
- Upsell services and maintenance ethically to maximize customer safety, satisfaction, and retention
- Review completed work with customers, explain invoices, and ensure full understanding before delivery
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, working toward quick and fair resolutions
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate loaner vehicles, shuttle services, or alternate transportation when needed
- Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure availability of required components
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service (luxury experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in sales or customer satisfaction is a plus
