What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Recruiter & HR Assistant position at Key Auto Group?
Key Auto Group is in need of a detail-oriented Recruiter. This role is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but will be transitioned to a hybrid role once training is complete. The individual in this role can expect to work remotely 60% of the time after the training period.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HRIS Recruitment Module
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Represent the company at local job fairs, community events or networking function
- Actively seek potential candidates through multiple platforms
- Review resumes of potential candidates
- Conduct pre-employment phone screening interviews
- Schedule in-person or Teams interview with potential candidates
- Process new hire documentation and pre-employment screenings
- Communicate professionally with location managers about new hire details
- Assisting the Director of Human Resources with various tasks, as needed
- Other HR duties as assigned
Requirements/Work Schedule
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred but not required
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Proficient in computer use and the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented – extremely important
- Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM with a one-hour lunch; or Monday-Friday 8AM to 4PM with a lunch waiver.
