Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and schedule mobile service appointments, balancing customer needs with technician availability and logistical considerations.
- Serve as the primary communication link, providing timely and transparent updates between customers and mobile service professionals.
- Confirm service requirements, verify vehicle details, check warranty status, and ensure all necessary parts and tools are accounted for.
- Manage and update daily schedules for mobile technicians, proactively addressing any potential disruptions or changes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for mobile service units, ensuring all equipment and parts are readily available for scheduled tasks.
- Support post-service activities, including customer follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and feedback collection to uphold service excellence.
- Guarantee adherence to program standards and company operational guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors, the parts department, and management to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain precise digital records of all service appointments, completed tasks, and customer interactions using relevant management platforms.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in automotive fields or an associate degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a service environment, dispatching, or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
