Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
- Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery
- Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage
- Fuel/Charge vehicles
- Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed
- Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery
- Remove license plates from trade-ins
- Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery
- Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness
- Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys
- Program keys into KeyTrack system
- Complete OEM certification and training
- Learn CRM and other applications
- Assist with day-to-day activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features
- Great attitude and ability to take direction
- Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent and solid work history and/or a recent grad
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
