Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
- $5000 Sign On Bonus for New Hires!
- $85,000–$115,000 total compensation potential, based on experience
- Achievable monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
- Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
- Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
- Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcome
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- LABA certification where required by state
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
