What You’ll Do
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and safety supervision
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Support mobility, including walking assistance and transfers
Run errands and provide transportation, if assigned and eligible
Follow care plans and complete basic visit notes
