Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships after account onboarding. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works closely with Operations, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor customer shipment performance and service levels.
- Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
- Track customer revenue, volume, and profitability.
- Escalate service issues and drive resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Support implementation of new products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management experience.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
