Kewaskum Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first and last person our clients interact with, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping pets receive exceptional care.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
- Answer a high volume of phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments efficiently based on patient needs and doctor availability.
- Check patients in and out while accurately processing payments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and medical staff to coordinate patient care.
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, appointments, and hospital services.
- Handle difficult or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor email, text, and online communication platforms.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative projects and daily clinic operations as needed.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Every Other Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every 6th Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Veterinary medicine is an unpredictable field, and while we strive to maintain scheduled hours, patient care always comes first. Candidates should understand that there may be occasions when they are asked to remain beyond their scheduled shift to assist with emergencies, hospitalized patients, or other clinic needs.
