About the Role
As a Sales Assistant Department Associate, you will support our Account Executives (AEs), Customer Service Specialists (CSS), and Purchasing Team with daily tasks that keep projects running smoothly. You’ll also serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing Kevins Worldwide with professionalism and positivity.
This role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to pivot between administrative, receptionist, and support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including order entry, process management, and updates
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Assist with creating item mockups, create item presentations, and coordinate internal communication
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure inquiries are answered promptly
- Maintain reception area and showroom to ensure a professional, welcoming environment
- Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists, Purchasing, and Account Executive teams.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general office systems
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
