Requirements
Active Georgia Property & Casualty License.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Familiarity with insurance products for both personal and commercial lines.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for personal and commercial insurance.
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Present and explain insurance policies, including benefits, limitations, and costs.
Process applications, collect necessary information, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
Achieve and exceed established sales targets and agency growth objectives.
