The General Manager oversees daily operations and ensures the success of one of our flagship locations in Boston, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial performance goals. The General Manager will lead strategic planning, supervise teams, monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, and motivating staff
- Operational expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest experiences
- Experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and innovation within a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
