Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and customer engagement within assigned regions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, marketing collaboration, and proactive outreach.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management or account management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and conduct effective negotiations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a competitive environment.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts across designated territories.
