Construction Manager – Commercial Landscaping

$70,000 – $90,000 base bonus company vehicle
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing commercial landscaping company in Houston to hire a Construction Manager.
This role will take ownership of landscape construction and enhancement projects, overseeing crews in the field, coordinating schedules, and working directly with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
It’s a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys running projects, leading teams, and being on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project & Crew Management
• Oversee multiple landscape construction and enhancement projects
• Manage and schedule crews, materials, and equipment
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Lead and support crew leaders and field teams
Client Interaction
• Act as a key point of contact during projects
• Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations
• Ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
• Handle any on-site issues or changes professionally
Quality & Execution
• Conduct site visits and quality checks
• Ensure all work meets company and client standards
• Maintain safety compliance across all projects
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in commercial landscaping construction or similar field (hardscape, irrigation, installs, etc.)
• Experience managing crews and running projects
• Comfortable working on-site and leading from the front
• Strong communication skills with both crews and clients
• Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
