Lean Implementation Manager (Confidential)
Location: Gulf Coast Region (Biloxi, MS base | Frequent Travel)

A respected construction organization is seeking a Lean Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of Lean construction practices across active projects. This confidential role is ideal for a field-focused professional with hands-on experience implementing the Last Planner System® (LPS) and aligning field planning with CPM schedules.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and facilitate Pull Planning sessions and full-cycle LPS implementation
- Ensure field-level planning aligns with the CPM schedule (Primavera P6) and contractual milestones
- Proactively identify and manage workflow constraints before work begins
- Coach Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trade Partners on Lean behaviours
- Support adoption of digital planning and scheduling tools
- Act as a change agent driving consistency and continuous improvement across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience implementing the Last Planner System® (LPS) on active job sites
- 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to influence teams and operate effectively in the field
