Seeking an Associate Dentist with option of ownership for a thriving private practice in Saginaw Township. Serving our community for over 30 years, our team is consistently voted "Best of the Best." Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics with precision and care
- Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
- Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Utilize dental software for accurate medical documentation and record keeping
- Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
- Maintain thorough medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Use medical imaging tools to diagnose issues accurately, applying knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology for effective treatment planning
Requirements
- Michigan Dental Professional License is active and in good standing.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with the ability to perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, and restorations efficiently and safely.
- A commitment to continuing education and personal growth
- Proficiency with dental equipment (ie. x-rays, panorex, iTero, Spectra..) and dental documentation software.
- Strong understanding of infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Experience preferred, but am willing to train the right person!
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
