What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Attorney position at Kevin Bluitt - Attorney at Law?
Responsibilities:
1. Immigration Court In-Person and Webex appearances;
2. Attend Master and Individual calendar hearings;
3. Represent clients before USCIS on a variety of matters;
The right candidate must have:
- MUST BE A LICENSED ATTORNEY (Preferably Florida).
- Must be willing to appear IN PERSON at all court hearings when required;
- Must have some Immigration Court experience (preferred)
