Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician / Landscape Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems, as well as addressing landscape warranty issues to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (valves, controllers, drip systems, sprinklers)
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal system adjustments
- Identify and resolve landscape warranty issues, including plant health, drainage, hardscape issues and installation concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and warranty work
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
Qualifications:
- At Least 2 years of experience in irrigation systems, landscape maintenance and landscape construction preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation controllers, timers, and system components
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift at least 25lbs or more
- Experience using a computer, sending emails etc. Company phone is provided
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with common plant materials
- Basic understanding of Irrigation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc. related to landscape
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual a Plus
