Thus, they deserve the best customer service and the best tasting smoothie with the highest quality of ingredients.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong team mindset, are action-orientated, approachable, and great at customer service.
Responsibilities
- Recognizing that customer focus is the key to our success.
- Smoothie, Juice, Acai Bowl, and other basic food preperation.
- Cash handling.
- Maintaining store cleanliness.
- Most Important: To dazzle the customers with an uplifting experience that encourages them to return.
Qualifications
- Good attitude, team player, and prefer someone who has experience working in a fast paced customer service environment . Most shifts will be pre close or closing.... but also need to be able to help in morning as well if needed.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Dependable. If you have a pattern of behavior around attendance. Do not apply.
