The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for leading the site's Quality, Batching, and Sanitation functions to ensure safe, high-quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Corporate Quality to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality, Batching, and Sanitation teams while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure products consistently meet quality, food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements while supporting daily production schedules.
- Manage quality systems, certifications, audits, product specifications, documentation, and compliance with GMP, FSMA, FDA, GFSI/SQF, and company standards.
- Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, develop dashboards and scorecards, and drive data-based process improvements.
- Lead CAPA and A3 problem-solving efforts to improve product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Production and Maintenance to strengthen quality systems and reinforce quality ownership throughout the plant.
- Support new product launches, material qualifications, supplier approvals, and process improvements in collaboration with R&D and Procurement.
- Oversee sanitation programs, quality reporting, product disposition, third-party audits, and enterprise Quality & Food Safety initiatives.
- Targeted annual compensation range of $130,000- $145,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of quality leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing, including hands-on experience with SPC, DOE, TQM, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- 3–5 years of experience leading and developing technical manufacturing teams.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF, Food Defense, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience introducing new products, materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated success developing quality strategies that improve KPIs, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation.
