What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing & Events Manager Subsidiaries position at Keune Haircosmetics Manufacturing B.V.?
At Keune Haircosmetics, we believe a strong global brand is built through consistent local execution. As part of the Global Subsidiaries team, you'll play an important role in helping our owned subsidiaries grow while ensuring Keune is presented as one strong, recognisable and premium brand across every market.
Based at our Global Head Office in Soest, you'll work closely with Marketing Managers across our owned subsidiaries, supporting the successful activation of the Global Marketing Programme through campaign coordination, marketing projects and events.
Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager – Subsidiaries, you'll collaborate with Global Brand and other Head Office teams while building strong relationships across our subsidiary markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Campaign Delivery
Contribute to the development and execution of the Subsidiary Marketing Strategy aligned with Keune's international growth ambitions.
Coordinate the successful roll-out of the Global Marketing Programme across all owned subsidiaries.
Champion consistent brand execution across all subsidiary markets, ensuring Keune is presented as one strong, recognisable and premium brand.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and key marketing activations.
Support the Global Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of Trade Marketing Calendar.
Monitor campaign progress, gather market feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen future initiatives.
Events
Take full ownership of events hosted by Keune for our international colleagues, customers and prospects.
Coordinate planning, registrations, guest communication, logistics and on-site execution.
Deliver exceptional experiences that reflect Keune's premium brand positioning.
Continuously evaluate and improve future events.
Marketing Projects
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects across the Subsidiaries team.
Work closely with Global Brand and other Head Office teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Support the continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
Team
Coach and support the Marketing & Events Intern in their day-to-day activities and professional development.
YOU
5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Events.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for making things happen.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Curious, entrepreneurial and always looking for ways to improve.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
