Intern Business & Marketing (Commercial Development)

This Business & Marketing Internship provides a unique opportunity for someone looking to apply their analytical skills and gain commercial experience within the beauty industry. In this role, you will be a key support to the commercial development of the KBS business, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies, pricing, and market development. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for candidates eager to develop their knowledge of beauty industry trends and business analysis.

MISSION

• Conduct comprehensive sales analysis to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis, providing the team with actionable insights.

• Benchmark pricing to optimize competitive positioning across international markets.

• Support the identification and scouting of potential new clients, facilitating market expansion.

• Collaborate with team members on projects to develop new innovations within the haircare industry.

YOU

• Are passionate about the haircare industry and have commercial acumen

• Don't sit and wait for things to happen, but shows initiative

• Are flexible and can deal well with last minute changes

• Are numerically strong, accurate and analytical

• Are proficient in English and confident to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Are currently enrolled as student in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

• Have good command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools

• Show strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively

• Demonstrated interest in the beauty industry is highly valued

• Are available for minimum 5 months from Sept 2026, for a minimum of 32h/week
