Location: On-site — 3825 NW 32nd Ave Unit 1, Miami, FL 33142
Employment: Full-time | Mon–Fri (occasional OT)
Start: ASAP
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Mozaik modeler who also owns CNC cutfile preparation—turning approved designs into accurate nests, toolpaths, and cut lists for our production team. You’ll be the bridge between design and the shop floor, ensuring clean hand-offs to CNC, edge-banding, and installation.
What you’ll do
- Build/clean models in Mozaik from approved designs; set construction methods (frameless/euro), materials, and hardware.
- Generate shop drawings, cut lists, labels, and BOMs; maintain standards/libraries (e.g., Stevenswood laminates, Blum hardware).
- Create nests/toolpaths and export code for our CNC Castaly RAPID 510L; coordinate with Biesse Jade 240 edge-bander and Maksiwa panel saw workflows.
- Verify dimensions/tolerances; handle revisions, change orders, and version control.
- Collaborate with Operations, installers, and finishing to solve fit/function issues before they hit the floor.
- Maintain file hygiene, naming conventions, and production checklists.
- Support continuous improvement (fixtures, tooling, feeds/speeds, labeling).
What you’ll need
- 2 years using Mozaik for cabinet/millwork engineering (required).
- Solid CNC nesting/CAM experience; comfort with G-code/post processors and shop safety.
- Strong grasp of cabinet construction, datum strategy, reveals, and edge-banding sequencing.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and translate to manufacturable parts.
- Detail-driven, organized, and proactive communicator.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience standardizing libraries/templates in Mozaik.
- Quality control and labeling systems implementation.
- Basic CAD (AutoCAD/SketchUp) for coordination.
- Knowledge of LED integrations and specialty hardware.
Why Keuken
- Growing custom millwork team with modern machinery.
- Ownership of the CAD/CAM pipeline; real impact on quality and lead times.
- Path to Production Engineer / Engineering Lead.
