Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Maitland, FL. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on various equipment and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, addressing plumbing and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The technician will work closely with the property management team to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents and employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple repair and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and respond to maintenance emergencies promptly.
- Technical training or certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles is considered a plus.
