As one of Southeastern Wisconsin’s leading home service companies, our team helps thousands of homeowners each year with heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and indoor comfort solutions and our Customer Experience Team is at the center of it all.
We’re growing quickly and looking for a highly organized, people-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys creating positive experiences for customers every day.
This is not a scripted call center role.
This is a hands-on position where your communication, problem-solving, and organization skills directly impact our customers and our team’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes efficiently
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Work closely with techs and leadership to solve scheduling challenges in real time
- Manage appointment updates, reschedules, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate customer information and scheduling notes in ServiceTitan
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every customer interaction

Experience That Helps
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination experience
- ServiceTitan experience
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare reception, retail leadership, or home services
Industry experience is helpful, but not required. We’ll train the right person.

Schedule
- Full-time, in-office role
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Additional hours available during peak seasons
