Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roofing/Siding Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, extensive Roofing/Siding knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
Duties
- Coordinate and supervise roofing and siding projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials such as hand tools, power tools, and other necessary supplies.
- Oversee on-site operations, including starting crews at job sites, working through unforeseen conditions, and problem solving.
- Complete roofing/siding repairs. EX: Bath vent install, shingle repair, identifying cause of damage.
- Supervise subcontractors and labor crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained.
- Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to roofing, siding, and gutter installation.
Skills
- 5 Years experience in Roofing/Siding; including all types of repairs and working with complex designs.
- Extensive experience in construction estimating for roofing and siding projects.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery used on construction sites.
- Ability to reliably arrive to job sites on time, daily.
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong background in roofing installation, siding techniques and framing carpentry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams efficiently.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces as required on construction sites.
- Maintenance Person experience is advantageous for troubleshooting onsite issues quickly.
