Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performs inventory assessments in order to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment as applicable
- Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Able to follow directions and assist Material Management leadership with duties as assigned
- Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Performs shipping and receiving functions to insure proper handling of incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper scanning of all delivery documents and maintain all off site facilities receiving records.
- Assists the Lead Tech to resolve discrepancies concerning receipts and issues.
- Communicate deliveries with Courier Services.
- Receive and deliver all tissue trackable implants to proper locations in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
