Director of Program Administration & Evaluation
Location: Dayton, OH (This position requires relocation to Dayton, OH. The work schedule is 3 days onsite with up to 2 days of remote work.)
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

About the Role: We are seeking a visionary Director of Program Administration & Evaluation to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead administrative oversight and evaluation across our diverse portfolio, ensuring rigorous assessment and seamless execution of programs aligned with our strategic mission.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with teams to monitor and advance progress toward strategic objectives.
- Manage systems that track project timelines, budgets, and operational alignment.
- Oversee contract management and budgeting processes, maintaining fiscal integrity.
- In collaboration with senior leadership and external consultants, design and implement robust evaluation frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Analyze performance data and produce clear reports with actionable insights.
- Lead continuous improvement and foster best practices in evaluation and administration.
Who You Are:
- Advanced degree in Public Policy, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in program evaluation, project management, or nonprofit administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessment methodologies, statistical software (Excel, SPSS, Tableau), and project management tools.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments.
