POSITION: SUBSTITUTE PARAPROFESSIONAL

LOCATION:     DISTRICT WIDE

GENERAL INFORMATION: Kettering City Schools is accepting applications for Substitute Paraprofessionals to work on an as needed basis. Applicants must have a valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit. 

Following this application, you will asked to bring the following for verification:

• A Voided Check or Direct Deposit Statement (you can upload these)

• Money Order for $47.25 for a background checks

• 3 Professional Reference Letters

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Follows daily objectives and lesson plans directed by the teacher. 
2. Supervises and manages some classroom activities.  
3. To see all assigned children are kept in a safe environment. 
4. To follow the instructions of Building Principals and Teachers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid Educational Aide Permit.
2. Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening. 
3. Collaboration and problem-solving skills. 

SALARY: $ 13.50/hour
