- Monday- 7:30am-12pm & 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Tuesday 7:30am-12pm & 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Wednesday 7:30am-12pm & 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Thursday 7:30am-12pm & 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Friday 7:30am-12pm & 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Saturday 7:30am-12pm
*The right candidate should be able to perform the duties listed below. *
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer multi-line telephone
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of animal health care
- Must work well with animals (dogs and cats)
- Must be available to work at least every other Saturday, three Saturday's a month preferred.
- Must have open availability and willing to work.
- Scheduling doctor, surgery, and boarding appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Handling cash and balancing out cash drawer daily.
- Prepping medical charts for the doctors, recording information in charts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
