Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Coordinate and prioritize warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely handling of goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and perform regular stock checks.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide feedback to team members and offer solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily activity logs, inventory reports, and performance metrics.

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification and experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, move and/or carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to frequently reach overhead.
- Ability to frequently stoop, bend and kneel.
