At Keter | Adams Manufacturing, we are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ellwood City, PA warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately, product is handled with care, and a small, dedicated team is supported and developed.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and service.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of a single warehouse location in Ellwood City, PA.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 4–8 warehouse associates.
- Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintain product integrity by preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy.
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and transportation partners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Utilize SAP and warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.
