Who We're Looking For

The Executive Assistant professional will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives while leading office management/facilities initiatives. This role is a trusted partner and gatekeeper for the executive and leadership team, freeing them up to focus on business strategy and results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary liaison between executives, leadership team members, and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and discretion
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal company communications
• Manage and support relationship with facility services which includes scheduling routine maintenance, alerting facilities staff in a timely manner of any service requests and work orders, Coordinate with facilities services to ensure compliance with all emergency rules and regulations
• Participating in ad hoc special assignments as delegated by senior executives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to optimize productivity
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), or relevant experience
• Experience: 3–5 years as an Administrative Assistant supporting a Senior Executive
Spanish fluency is a strong plus

Competencies

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong technological proficiency, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom)
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
• environment
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and accountability
Ability to lift up to 40lbs as needed
