Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide administrative support to partners and team members, including scheduling, coordination, and meeting preparation
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and process client documents, including financial statements, tax returns, and engagement letters
- Support digital workflows, including document processing, e-filing, and file management
- Track engagement progress, manage deadlines, and support workflow coordination across teams
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, email, and mail routing
- Assist with proposal preparation, reporting, and other administrative projects
- Maintain organized, accurate files and documentation in accordance with firm standards
- Provide backup support for front desk and administrative team functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid State Driver's License
- Experience in a public accounting or professional services firm
- Experience supporting multiple professionals or teams
- Experience with document management systems and digital workflows
- Strong communication and client service skills
Work Schedule & Location:
- Full-time position
- Standard schedule is 32-40 hours per week (non-peak season)
- Increased hours (up to 55 ) required during peak tax season
- Based in Rapid City, SD. Role may require travel as needed.
