The Operations Manager serves as a central coordinating force supporting the day-to-day administrative, operational, and programmatic functions of behavioral health services. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, administration, office management, or program coordination, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or human services setting.
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments where flexibility, initiative, and the ability to take on a wide range of responsibilities are essential.
- Experience supporting or performing a broad range of administrative functions, including front desk operations, scheduling, data tracking, and basic HR or personnel coordination
