What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse/RN position at Ketcham Memorial Center?
Floor Nurse – Day Shift
Schedule Options: Weekend Option, Part-Time, Full-Time
Provide leadership and direction in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures to ensure quality nursing care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a long-term care facility
- Current and up-to-date CPR card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Specialized training and/or certificates in geriatrics, intellectual disability, or special needs
- IV training certificate
- Current and up-to-date TB card (Indiana American Lung Association)
Required Licenses, Certificates, and Conditions:
- Ability to perform all essential job functions as outlined above without creating a direct threat to the safety of oneself or others
- Valid, current license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
