Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to create balanced menus.
- Assist in food production and meal preparation for residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service.
- Participate in training programs to enhance culinary skills.
Qualifications * Proven experience in food production or culinary roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of dietary guidelines and food safety regulations.
