Environmental Services Technicians: Great part-time hours! This is an opportunity to work independently and take pride in your work. Our Environmental Services Techs are responsible for keeping KETCH properties and facilities clean and attractive by providing general cleaning of offices, work areas, hallways, kitchens, and restrooms. Responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, disposing of trash, maintaining adequate supplies, following safety procedures, completing accurate and timely documentation, ensuring facilities are secure, and assisting with snow and ice removal as needed. PART-TIME M-F 12:00p-4:30p $12.50/hr Hiring immediately. EOE
Requirements for Environmental Services Technician-
- High school diploma or GED
- Requires working knowledge of safe and proper use of custodial equipment, materials, and chemicals
- Previous janitorial experience preferred
- Must have a stable work history and be able to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ total body weight, whichever is less
