We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHMP) to serve as Clinic Director for a new ketamine treatment clinic in Albany, NY. This is a hybrid clinical and leadership role, combining direct patient care with responsibility for clinic operations.
The ideal candidate is both a strong clinician and an effective operator, comfortable delivering care, supporting treatment when needed, and leading a team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and consistently.
You will partner closely with senior clinical and administrative management while serving as a key on-site clinical presence and operational leader.
Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 – $165,000
Full-time, W2, benefits eligible

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Oversight
- Participate in patient evaluations, intake, and coordination of care
- Support and oversee treatment delivery, including Spravato administration
- Serve as an on-site clinical resource for staff and patient-related decisions
- Partner with the executive leadership on clinical quality, safety, and compliance
- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure a high-quality, efficient patient experience
- Handle patient concerns, escalations, and service recovery in partnership with our patient liaison and administrative team.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New York
- 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or behavioral health settings
- Prior leadership or management experience required
- Comfortable balancing direct patient care with operational leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
